Feline Babe currently ships to:

• Customers within the United States and U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes.
• All US Military bases, APO/FPO.
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please note: Feline Babe does not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on the total order weight:

• Up to 0.6 lb.: $3.95
• Above 0.6 lb.: $4.95
• Above 1 lb.: $5.95
• Above 5 lb.: $6.95

Shipping Times

Feline Babe operates with warehouses in the U.S. and overseas:

• Expedited Shipping: 2 - 5 business days*
• Standard Shipping: 5 - 10 business days*

Feline Babe is happy to accept returns for unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Please note, we do not accept exchanges of any kind.

To start a return, just make your request within 7 days of getting your complete order. Your return window begins from the day the delivery status shows as received. To get a full refund, make sure to ship the items back within 7 days of requesting the return.

For orders with multiple packages, your return window starts from when the final package is delivered.

• If returns don't meet the mentioned conditions, we might not be able to accept the return at all.

• Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless it's due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

• Once we receive the returned package, please allow Feline Babe 5 - 7 business days to process it.

• We'll send you an email once the return has been processed to confirm the action taken by Feline Babe.
